HCCA’s 4th Annual
Enforcement speakers wanted
HCCA’s Healthcare Enforcement Compliance
Conference is designed to provide the compliance
community with an opportunity to learn directly
from the enforcement and legal community.
The agenda highlights enforcement trends and
practical applications for compliance. It also
provides the enforcement community with an
unfiltered opportunity to share its concerns and
priorities with those most able to help ensure that
organizations comply with enforcement directives.
HCCA seeks topic proposals that may include
enforcement officials as speakers. Priority will
be given to topics focusing on practical advice
in connection with enforcement priorities and
initiatives. Conference content will go beyond legal
analysis, developing responses to enforcement and
compliance risk to ensure the law is followed.
Desired proposals include:
• Solo presentations by representatives of the
• Co-presentation by an enforcement official
and a CCO, GC, outside counsel, consultant,
academic, vendor, and in-house compliance
• Panel topics that include enforcement officials
Your session could be selected as an hour-and-a-
half pre-conference session, a one-hour breakout
session, or a two-hour post-conference session.
A majority of submissions will be one-hour
breakout sessions. Each session should include
an interactive discussion of the topic, practical
takeaways, and time for questions.
The following information will be required to
complete the online form:
• Session title
• Names, titles, organizations, and e-mails of
presenter and any co-presenters (limit of three
speakers total for panel sessions)
• Three bullet points (each point 255 characters
or fewer) explaining what attendees will learn
from your session, to be used in the conference
brochure as your session description
• Biography of each presenter (no longer than a

If selected as a speaker, the information you
provide will be used in the brochure. Please be
sure it is complete and correct, including all
relevant titles, degrees, and credentials.
