What’s your main responsibility
at the Association?
I direct our marketing and creative efforts. I
focus on process improvement and strategic
initiatives to provide the best content and expe-
rience for our members.
How long have you been
What did you do before joining
I’ve been with SCCE & HCCA since
March of 2017.
I spent seven years with Lifetouch
Portrait Studios managing all aspects of marketing for their portrait studio division. Prior to
that, I spent six years with ShopNBC, where I
planned and executed digital marketing.
What’s the most rewarding part of
Engaging with our members and hearing how
the Associations positively affect their profes-
sional lives. The Association staff is very small
in comparison to the number of members,
events, and products we service. Hearing about
the impact of the staff’s efforts to providing
the best possible member service, educational
resources, and conferences is very rewarding.
What was your most memorable moment
working with the membership?
Just five days into my position, I attended
HCCA’s 21st Annual Compliance Institute.
It was a deep dive into the Conference and
Compliance world. I had the opportunity to
connect with staff and board members and
hundreds of compliance professionals. It was

about your work here?
I love a challenge. The Compliance world is
constantly changing and evolving. Staying

I love to travel and be outdoors. I spend a
lot of time with my husband and two boys
fishing, playing sports, and kicking back by
